The fee for each participant is 500 FF (76.22 Euros). This includes workshop proceedings and other materials, Monday lunch and dinner, and daily transport (by minibus) between central Orléans and the workshop venue.
Accommodation in the Hôtel Jackotel in Orléans is 250 FF (+ 35 FF for breakfast) per night; this may be booked along with your workshop registration. This hotel is in the centre of Orléans, and is an easy walk from the rail station -- detailed instructions are on our travel page. The Jackotel will be our meeting point for an informal welcome on Saturday evening and for our excursions on Sunday (details here). Minibusses will ferry participants between the Jackotel and the workshop on Monday and Tuesday.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own accommodation -- a list of hotels in central Orléans is here. Note: Even if you are making your own arrangements, you should report to the Jackotel upon your arrival in Orléans to pick up your arrival pack which will contain any last-minute information.
